der in Chief of the Province of New
Brunswick &c &c &cThe Petition of Eliza Hitchings, of
the Parish of Saint Andrews, in the County
of Charlotte, Widow.Most humbly Sheweth
That there is no Schoolmistress in the
Parish of Saint Patrick, in the County aforesaid :
Your Petitioner is desirous of fillings the vacan-
cy _ That there is a School House provided
and that the Inhabitants of the said Parish
have subscribed ten pounds for the coming
year in aid of the said School.Your Petitioner, therefore, requests your
Excellency to licence your Petitioner, as a
School Mistress for the County of Charlotte, as
by [His] Majesty's Royal instructions so[?] directedAnd as in duty bound she ever pray
