Who
We Are
The Tobique Valley Genealogy
Group meets the first Tuesday evening of each month at the Plaster Rock Public
School Library. The group is an informal gathering of people interested
in genealogy and the local history of the Plaster Rock and Tobique River region.
We keep no membership list, charge no dues, and have no officers. What we do
have is a common interest in tracing our own ancestors and preserving the
history and memories of surrounding communities.
Welcome to our site; we hope you will find something of interest to you.
Thanks to Jim Andersen, for sending this postcard (among others). Entitled "The Tobique River - Below Plaster Rock", it was sent by Earl W. Turner in St. Almo, to Mr. Millage Andrews in Coxheath, Cape Britton (sic) N.S., in 1907.
