LONG - John, born on April 4, 1831 in Emerald Junction, P.E.I. was married to Katherine Mulherin (daughter of Arthur and Susan Mulherin). They lived out their lives in Grand Falls, N.B. John died Sept 10, 1915. I haven't been able to find any records [for the exception of the church record showing me his date of death]. John had a brother James [b. Oct 7, 1838 P.E.I.]  living in the same area. I'm trying to find a connection to any other Long family members. Haven't had any luck on P.E.I. and I'm thinking the family [John's parents & sibblings] may have moved over to N.B. On John's son, Edward Charles, baptism record there shows a Hannah Long as a sponsor. John and James' father was born in Ireland and mother on Prince Edward Island. My great aunts notes mentions that there may have been two daughters who married Pendergast's from P.E.I. [no luck following that avenue either]. Would like to connect with anybody who may think they have any [however small] information to add to the above. Helena Lewis

MULHERIN - Arthur, son of Patrick Mulherin & Bridget O'Hara born April 1826 in Muff, Derry Co, Ireland. Immigrated to Canada in 1847. On the 1911 census Arthur is still showing as living with his daughter Mary Ellen and her husband John Austin. I haven't been able to locate a death date for Arthur. If anybody out there has any information they could add to this I would be more than grateful. Helena Lewis

MICHAUD - My name is Jacques Rivard and looking for a Louis Michaud who moved to Drummond in late 1800 He was born in Quebec in 1852 and married Hermine Rioux in Quebec in 1874. His son Donat who is my grand father married Louise Caron in 1906. Cannot seem to find Louis' family in Drummond and any of the census. Contact Jacques Rivard.

HARDY / JOHNSON - I am looking for members of the Hardy/Johnson family who *may* have immigrated from NB Canada.  I believe some/most of the children below were born in Smyrna Mills, Maine.  According to the Maine Marriage Data Base, some Hardy's married people from "ELL River, NB CN".  It looks like "ELL River"  is/was a small town/village near "Meductic, NB".   It is only about 12 miles west of Amity Maine, so I would guess it is the same ELL River, NB CN" documented in the Maine Marriage Data Base. Any help with this would be very much appreciated. Contact Allen at 4almo1@msn.com
