is the "official" link site for the Westmorland County
GenWeb.
The
Provincial Archives of New Brunswick, including county
guides for research for all NB counties, as well as ONLINE
searchable indices for births, marriages, deaths and a
few other databases.
The
New Brunswick Genealogical Society is composed of branches
throughout the province, specializing in their geographic
area. NBGS publishes "Generations" 4 times
a year, a 60+ page newsletter for New Brunswick genealogy.
The
Lutz Mountain Heritage Foundation offers records and research
on many local Moncton families, especially those of "Pennsylvania
Dutch" ancestry, notably the Steeves (Stief), Trites
(Treitz) and Lutes (Lutz) families.
The
Centre d'Etudes Acadiennes at the Universite de Moncton
is the foremost center for Acadian research in the world.
The online site includes the text of genealogies of 37
families done by Stephen A. White for the Congres Mondial
in 1994, and also information on other resources available
at the Centre.
The
Ralph Pickard Bell Library at Mount Allison University
offers a wealth of information on Sackville and area,
and an excellent online guide to their holdings.
