New for February 2001:  

History of Charles Dixon (contributed by Barb Trenholm), written by James Dixon, a grandson of Charles, about 1891.  Ms. Trenholm has included a surname and place-name index at the end of this file.  This file is in Microsoft Word 6 format, and is about 433K in size.

A History and Story of Botsford (contributed by Barb Trenholm), written by W. M. Burns about 1933.  It includes genealogical sketches of 68 families of Botsford Parish, is about 119 pages, and includes a surname index added by Ms. Trenholm.  This file is in Microsoft Word 6 format, and is about 282K in size.

Journal of a Voyage to Nova Scotia (contributed by Barb Trenholm), made in 1731 by Robert Hale of Beverly, Mass.  This document described conditions around Fort Beausejour, and originally appeared in Acadiensis in October 1906 by W. O. Raymond.  This document is about 7 pages, in Microsoft Word 6 format, and is about 25K in size.

New for July 2000:  

 The 1901 census was missing the first division of Dorchester Parish, due to a transcription error.  The entire index has been re-created, and includes the missing division in alphabetical order with the entire index.

New for April 2000:

A return of persons included in the two old grants who have been and are willing to settle their respective grants. (contributed by Doug Ayer) This is a detailed return taken in Cumberland Township (including Sackville), on 5 September 1761.

  A true list of people on the spot, Sackville, ____ 18, 1765(contributed by Doug Ayer), a listing of individuals at Sackville in 1765.

  A transcription for the 1820 census of Sackville parish (from photocopies provided by Doug Ayer) has been added to the existing 1820 census page (at the end of the previous listing).
