BRGS Archives, a new beginning... |

Our 1200 square foot building began life as a workshop and came complete with concrete floor, fairly new shingles, some siding and lots of dirt & grime. |
 |
| Let the work begin! |

We get our building permit, but Green River? Clerk surely wasn't from Cleveland County! |
 |

|
A door and window are blocked up, a chimney removed, and a septic tank added. |
We don't need a garage door, so we get a new door, and a new window. |
 |

We add a stoop, some grass... |
...a walkway, and exterior lighting. |

 |

We put up some walls... |
..and more walls. |

We hang a ceiling, include light fixtures, air ducts... |
..some plumbing... |

 |

... lots of painting, shelves, more plumbing... |
a heat pump, and nice neighbors. |
