This is not your ordinary public library. You will
not find the top selling novels here, but you will find
lots of good history and genealogy related
information about Wake County and North Carolina. The
facility is devoted exclusively to
reference material on local history and genealogy.

University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill Library Catalog Includes links to other area university
libraries - Duke University, North Carolina State University, and North Carolina
Central University. As with most university connections, things may be slow
at times because of heavy use. Be sure to search the North Carolina Collection
and the Southern History Collection. Only about 20% of the North Carolina
Collection is on the computer index.
