The
Family Research Society maintains a collection of genealogical resources that
is built upon the generosity of our members and donors. All contributions, large or small, regular or
occasional, helps expand the resources available to all researchers.
Family Histories – The Society will gladly accept
family histories, family group sheets, ascendant and descendant charts,
pedigree charts, GEDCOM files, family
records, photographs, family Bibles, or other research material from any geographical area.
Books/research material – The Society will gladly accept
any reference books, historical publications, genealogy society newsletters and
journals, historical maps, or other genealogy related publications that you may
wish to donate.
Gifts and cash donations - The Family Research Society is a non-profit, 501(c)(3)
organization. This means that we can
accept contributions and offer donors a tax deduction for their gifts. For donors like you, this means your

Fundraising – Lion
Shop & Share is the easiest, most convenient method for our Society
to raise money. Each time you shop at
Food Lion and use your MVP card, a portion of your total grocery purchase will
