This Indenture made the twentyfift day of August and in year of our lord one thousand Eight Hundred and one by and Between Jesse Cone of the state of Georgia and County of Washington and Lewis Cone of the state of North Carolina and County of Martin. Witnesseth Know ye that I Jesse Cone of the State and County of Washington aforesaid do grant Bargain sell and Deliver unto Lewis Cone of the state and County of Martin my Eaquel share or Parte of Land which was lefte me by my father William Cone decd. for the sum of ten Pounds Currency of the state aforesaid and I the sd. Jesse Cone do hereby warrante and secure the title of the sd. land to be good and Clear from me or any Person or Persons whatsoever unto the Lewis Cone to him and his heirs Executors Administrators forever unto his propper use and behoof as wirness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixt my seal
