Know ye that by virtue of an execution from the General Court at New Bern dated Bern September 1754  They Moses, John & Abraham TYSON against Edmond TYSON for 35 pds.  ? against goods & chattels of said Edmond, & levied on all the goods & chattels to be found, entered & sold as the law directed amounted to ? in the return of said execution at the next General Court, a second Execution issued against the goods chattels lands & tenements of Edmond TISON, directed to the sheriff of Beaufort County to levy the same on the land & plantation of said Edmond TYSON: and said land being sold al vendue to the highest bidder for money to discharge said Execution.  Now know ye that I Thomas WILLIAMS of Beaufort County, Sheriff for & in consideration of sixty three pounds proc.
