The Robeson County Genealogical Society meetings are held the first Saturday of the month in Lumberton, NC at 2:00 p.m. at the auditorium across from the Robeson County Library, Lumberton, NC unless otherwise noted on this page.
Regarding Trip to Raleigh:
Thursday night, May 31, 2012, at 6:30, in the McLean Room in the Robeson County Public Library for a crash course in archive research.
At 7:15 am Saturday morning, June 2, 2012, society members will travel caravan-style from the library parking lot to the archives for a day of research.
At 2 pm, the group will travel to Oakwood, the Confederate cemetery in Raleigh for a guided tour by Mr. Charles Purser.

ROBESON COUNTY GENEALOGY SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP DUES will be due on or before December 31st of each year. Members whose dues are not received before February 15 will be removed from membership. Individual dues are $20. Family dues are $25. Institute dues are $20. Send your check to RCGS P.O. Box 2292 Lumberton NC 28359 And please mark "DUES" on the envelope.
