One of the best facilities for microfilm is the Mormon Church.........there is usually a Family History Center near where you live.  Check out here to find one near you   ---- they are not there to convert you to being a Mormon, they
are very interested in helping you in your research.  You can order for a small fee microfilm, and use their readers.
