KENDALL on the 4th, Elems KENDALL of Mississippi to Miss Lidia HOWELL, all of
Stanly county.
Saturday, May 27, 1854 THE PEE DEE STAR (Wadesborough, Anson Co,
NC)
-Died: In this town, on Saturday morning last, Mr. Adam SPRINGER, formerly of
Stanly county.
Saturday, July 8, 1854 THE PEE DEE STAR (Wadesborough, Anson Co,
NC)
-We learn that on Monday last, Parham KIRK, Sr., of Stanly county, met with
an accident which caused his death. He was riding upon a load of lumber when
the jolting of the wagon throwing him off his balance, he fell to the ground
and the wheels passing over his body caused his death in a short time. He was
an aged and respectable citizen, and held the office of sheriff many years ago.
