NC Page 43-44 Dated 2 Sep 1834 In perfect health. 1st: Soul to God; To my beloved wife Judith BURRIS; everything I possess while she keeps my name; the plantation I now live on, all my stock of horses, cows, sheep, household & kitchen furniture; if the heirs be the longest livers, then to my daughter Judith BURRIS & Obedience BURRIS: lands and tenements, goods & chatels, household & kitchen furniture, herds and stocks. I except $10.00 to my daughters Ann HATHCOCK and Gracy HUNYCUTT; $1.00 to Taylor BURRIS; $1.00 to William BURRIS; $1.00 to Joshua BURRIS; $1.00 to Solomon BURRIS; $1.00 to my daughter Elizabeth HUNYCUTT.
