Saint Edward's Catholic Cemetery
The SW Corner in the NW Quarter of the NW Quarter and the NW Corner in the SW Quarter of the NW Quarter in Section 24 in Township 144 N, Range 97 WFayette, Dunn County, ND, USA
This cemetery used to service the small community of Fayette, ND, which now just a few crumbling buildings. St. Edward's Catholic Church, which sat in Section 14 of Township 144 N, Range 97 W, is gone completely. The cemetery is fenced with a large, clearly visible sign over the gate. This cemetery had been mowed and well maintained. It has no sexton or interments records. This list was created only from the tombstone transcriptions and is not complete. There is some evidence of possible missing markers on some sites, however, without any interments records, this may never be confirmed. As of 7/17/2002, there are 80 visible markers.
