I am presently researching the following family. Martine PETERSON married to Severin J. EGGE 1890 in Illinois. Martine was born in Illinois about 1868. Severin J. EGGE was in Towner North Dakota in or around 1890 onward , but there isn't any mention of Martine, his wife in any census documentation. Severin's children were Ingul W. EGGE, Alfred E. Christine DUELIEN was my grandmother and was born in ?Hatton about 1897. The only record I have found to date was Hans Erikson DUELIEN married Oline JOHNSON 28 Feb 1882. I am wondering if these were her parents or what relation they might be. I believe Christine went to school in Hatton until her teens then moved to Saskatchewan where she married Robert DIXON. My mother Vera was born in Readlyn, Saskatchewan. Any information about the DUELIEN family would be appreciated, or contacts. Thank you!

My great grandfather was Anton LINNEMAN b. in Germany. I found his name in the 1930 census for Buxton Traill ND. This is NOT my grandfather as he died in 1909 in Oklahoma -- however, he and 2 brothers came to Dakota Territory and his application for naturalization was made in ND. I would love to contact anyone who is researching or named LINNEMAN in an effort to scale my brick wall. I feel this man might be a nephew of my Anton who's brother's name was Caspar as was his son, my grandfather, Cappy Anton LINNEMAN b. 1886 in Watertown, d. in Oklahoma. I would love to find where in Germany they came from.
Thanks in advance. Joyce Moore Young in Florida. jyoung325.aol.com

I am looking for information regarding Reuben and Annie (McCRADIE) FOSTER of Elm River Twp in the early 1880s. In the 1880 census they are with their respective families of origin. In Dec 1882 they had a daughter, Annie. In 1885 daughter Annie appears in the census with her McCRADIE grandparents, Robt and Margaret. I found a Reuben FORSTER buying land in Elm River in 1881 and 1887 in the BLM index that I thought might be my Reuben but why wasn't he in the 1885 census? Daughter Annie's dc lists her maiden name as FORESTER but I think FOSTER is the correct last name. Does anyone know what happened to Reuben and Annie? Or Reuben's father, Joseph, also of Elm River twp.
