Funeral services were held for John Henry Doe who died at his home in Oakdale after many months of lingering illness. John came to Antelope County in 1915 with his parents. He grew to manhood and later became a farmer. He spent seventy years on the farm before retiring to Oakdale. John and Jane were the parents of four children, two sons, Fred and Samuel; and two daughters, Alice and Fay. He is survived by his wife, sons, daughters, 20 grandchildren and 45 great grandchildren. |
