To use this service, send an e-mail message to inquire@arch2.nara.gov with the word Form in the subject line. In the body of the message, state how many copies you need. You also need to send your first and last names and postal mail address. You will receive an e-mail message as confirmation of your request.

• Form 80: To obtain records regarding Revolutionary War, War of 1812, Civil War and Spanish American War military, pension or other related records
• Form 81: Passenger Arrival Information
• Form 82: Copies of Census Records
• Form 83: Eastern Cherokee Applications
• Form 180: Military Service Records for WWI or later

Naturalization Records

"We have naturalization records from the U.S. District Court at Omaha in Douglas County, Nebraska.  Most date from 1930 to 1981, though we do have some earlier records.  It seems likely that the Douglas County District Court was also performing naturalizations up until 1930 or so." says NARA
