Your site is absolutely wonderful. I have found a ton of info that I did not think possible to find. Geneology can be such a frustrating and difficult thing to do but you have made it a little easier. Thank You All. Karen

Yes, you have helped a little in my research but I was dissappointed that you don't have the Woodland Cemetery in North Bend (Dodge Co)NE listed. Took pictures there this past March. Have some to send to Ken Chromy. Haven't found anything on the "Millionaire Murley's" of North Bend. Seems like they never existed, yet I know they did!

Looking for Andrew Dehaus and his family near York, NE. As this was his last known address. Andrew DeHaus was bn in Germany ca 1845 and is a brother to my grt-grandfather. May have lived near York as a picture was taken there in the late 1800.s or early 1900's (turn of the century)

I have been a member of NSGHS for a number of years and have thoroughly enjoyed receiving the books and NewBrassKey. You all have been very good about 'keeping track' of my whereabouts as we have moved several times since I joined. A couple of years ago I was home for a visit and of course had to do some ancestor hunting and received superb help at the State Historical Society. I hope to come home later this year and visit them again. Thank you. Nancy Robbins

Hi, I really like this site. I have been searching for my Grandfather Franklin Degarmo Lewis. He lived in Hiannas, Nebraska with my Grandmother OsaBelle Underwood Lewis. I have found alot of info on Osa's family from Iowa but I still need info on Franklins parents and siblings. This is a great site, I have passed the site address around to all my friends who are interested in geneoalogy. Thanks again Gale Mabley Lewis.

I've been researching family history - alot of which is from Nebraska. My grandmother recently past and alot of information with her. I do have information going back to the mid 1800's on names and such but would like to find more. Any suggestions would be appreciated! I would love for their memories to live on!

Great site for Nebraska. Other sites have not supplied so much info. Found real lived cousins of my husband's on one of the county surname query boards. Actually we knew of them, but they had lost the family line due to divorce and death of grandparents. I am able to supply them with great and great great grandparent info, the town in Germany they first immigrated from and 28 pages of relatives! Also found census info for other lines! Jo Hartman.

My grandparents lived in or around Nance Co. NE from before 1900 to about 1937. Their names were John Joseph Eisenhauer and Lucy Mirinda Imus. Thanks to everyone that worked on the 1900 census data and the marriage records. I was able to extract some very useful information for both sides of the family. I still have some loose ends that may require that I come to Nance county to examine things like death certificates. Thanks again

I am just beginning to search for my husband's antecedents who were from Crete and Fairbury, Nebraska. I am a complete novice at searching for this information. It will be interesting to see what we can find out. There is no one left of the older generation to help me, and while they were living, they were not helpful in giving any informtion which might have benefited us in our search. We are on our own! Appreciate all of the hard work that is going into this. Still finding it frustrating that when I go to http://www.rootsweb.com/~neunknow/surnames.html I get a list that does not seem to correspond with the options available at each respective county site. Or if it does, no index is available. Still, it is an admirable undertaking and I hope that I will learn and contribute to your information in the future.
