NORTH
John HARPER and Lucinda GANO were married at Lane, DeWitt County, IL in 1868. All their children were born in DeWitt County before the family moved to Nebraska in 1893. They first settled in Cameron Township, then in Wood River. John drove the hearse at Wood River for about 18 years. Children were: Emma, m. Gotlieb RIESLAND; Samuel, m. Fanny NORTH; Nora, m. Ira BRUNNER; Bertha, m. Andrew STONE; John Edward, m. Hester HOON.

OTLEWSKI
Hello, I am looking for information on a OTLEWSKI, Frank he died Grand Island, Hall, NE Jan. 1976 he was born 15 Dec. 1907. I found out that he lived in Loup City, Sherman Cty.I am looking for any information at all on him. The only OTLEWSKI's that I can trace came from Germany to the US in 1881-1882. They went to Detroit, Mi. in 1883-1884. The two brothers were the only people with that surname to come to the USA as far as I know. Could you do a lookup of the death notice, or anything else for that matter?

RUPLE
Looking for information and contacts for: Paul M RUPLE b. Fremont, IA in 1895, the son of William D. and Emma B. (MELL) RUPLE of Colorado Springs, CO as listed in the Hall GenWeb site listing of WWI Veterans. He married about Feb 1919 Opal HANSEN, the daughter of Hans P. HANSEN and Etta McCLENITHAN described in the Web site's Hall County Biographies. They had children Paul W. RUPLE, Phillis RUPLE and perhaps others (Raul and Lynn??). Opal apparently died about 1926 because Paul RUPLE re-married a Grace? about 1928 and had daughters Janet and Connie. Janet married a Heimbuch and Connie married a CARNEY. Any obits or other information on these people and their descendants would be greatly appreciated. I have research on the Mell line that I would be happy to share.

Eldon workman STANDLEY was born 1892, June 1. His mothers' maiden name was
WORKMAN. He married Sarah Janeamelia SIMMONS dob 1901 April 4. Eldon went to Reservation 1/2 of his life, and his daughter, Betty Lea STANDLEY, was born in Grand Island , Nebraska about 1928 +/- 4 years. Any help will be appreciated. Trying to find out where, when he went to reservation what his parents full names were...EITHER ELIC OR ALEC OR ALIC was his fathers' name..Eldon was in WW2.** and he ended up in Kansas.

Seeking information on the burial place of John T. and Lucinda VAN TASSELL STURM. They owned a 160 acre farm in the Doniphan, Hall, NE area. He worked as an assessor, enumerator, and had written many articles signed "Independent" or "X". They moved to the Doniphan area from Peoria IL in 1871. His wife was Virginia KERR WILLIAMS. They were married 10-30-1851. Their children were James K. Williams; Ellen Isadora Williams; Charles M. Williams; *John Webster Williams (my great grandfather) who married *Cora Belle DONALDSON; Wilkinson Burk Williams; Oliver Perry Morton Williams; Maria Williams (GRIFFIS); and Cora Williams (WADDINGTON). My Uncle ElmerWORTH was born in 1908 and lived part time with the Browns until 1917. The Browns lived next to Liberty Knoll School in Nance Co. I understand Elmer was born in Grand Island. My Grandmother was Bertha Mae BLACKWELL, married George Walter WORTH. My father, Walter Albert WORTH was born in 1904 in Oketo, Ka, but also lived with the Browns, as did his older sister Georgia who was adopted by the Browns. I would like to find a birth certificate and any other information for Elmer Monroe WORTH.
