Donations are deeply appreciated, and will generally get your request to "the top of the stack" faster.This is a small group of volunteers that works in their spare time. Be mindful that requests are served on a "first-come, first-served" basis, and all requests are completed as time allows.

If an person is deceased, and had a social security number, you can obtain the application form (SS-5), which has parents' names, residence at the time of application, and more.If you find someone you're interested in, you can use the "SS-5 Letter" link to generate a letter to the Social Security Administration to request the person's form SS-5.
