arrangements. She died Friday, May 21, 2004, at her home following 
a lengthy illness.

a hospital in Des Moines, IA.

He died May 22, 2004, at Great Plains Regional Medical Center following a 
lengthy battle with bone marrow disease.

AINSWORTH -- Services for Tamara S. Smith, 42, Ainsworth, May 26, at 
St. Pius X Catholic Church here. The body will be cremated after services 
and private inurnment will be at a later date at the Ainsworth Cemetery.

a one vehicle accident south of Ainsworth on Elsmere Road.

May 19, 2004. He had struggled with diabetes and heart disease.

She died Friday, May 21, 2004.

Jerome DELAY, Jr.
Jerome "Jay" DeLay Jr. died May 11, 2004, in Ann Arbor, Mich. He was 88. 
Services were Saturday at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Ann Arbor.
