My greatgrandfather was Anton Topolski. He lived in Sherman County in the 1880's. My greatgrandmothers name was Johanna Detner. His second eldest son Frank was my grandfather. My grandmothers name was Barbara Clara Jezewski. Any information would be greatly appreciated

Dear Sirs: I am searching for the birth records of a Stewart Earl Coops, born on February 17, 1904 in either Nuckolls or Sherman County, Nebraska. He is my husband's grandfather. The only information we have is that his father was a minister who aparently committed a crime. This was enough for Grandpa Stewie to be so embarrassed of his father that he MIGHT have changed his name to COOPS. He moved to California when he was 30 years old, with the Surname of Coops. We do not know his father's or mother's names. I am hoping to find either a name-change certificate or a birth certificate, anything I can further trace his lineage. Another
