Wolfe's 1891-1892 directory contains the names of York's residents, a brief
sketch of the city; a miscellaneous department, consisting of churches,
schools, secret, literary and benevolent societies, city and county officials,
incorporated companies, banks, railroads, a street and avenue directory, a
classified directory of professional and business men and firms in the city.
It also contains a directory of all towns in York County and a list of farmers and their Post Office addresses.
Any corrections or additionals that the publisher identified have been made to these indexes. Other than that, only cosmetic changes were made...a necessity in making these available to you in this medium.

For those of you who prefer to have photocopies of the original publications, please contact us (see above) to verify the number of photocopies that would be required for the surnames you are researching.
Good luck in your search!
