The New Hampshire Historical Society Founded in 1823, the New Hampshire Historical Society is an independent, nonprofit organization. The Society's mission is to educate a diverse public about the significance of New Hampshire's past and its relationship to our lives today. In support of this mission, the society collects, preserves, and interprets materials pertaining to New Hampshire history.

Gravestone Preservation Links

The Association for Gravestone Studies A non-profit international organization founded in 1977
for the purpose of furthering the study and preservation of gravestones. AGS promotes the study of gravestones from historical and artistic perspectives, expands public awareness of the significance of historic gravemarkers, and encourages individuals and groups to record and preserve gravestones.
