Brother: Ananias Osborne sole executor and all my lands forever,
Moveables to my sister Ruth and to my brother Nathan Osborne.

Proved: June 28, 1734
1734, March 28 "This may certifie that Ananias Osborne the within named executor"(to whom letters of testamentary were granted) desires that his brother Nathan Osborne may administer in his stead; provided that he shall not at any time contrive to disanull or make void the said will.
