Wife Mary: 1/2 of moveable estate, 1/2 of the mill and privilege of 1/2 of the home planation,(it being the half which I give unto my son Henry Schillinks) during widowhood.
Son Cornelius: 1/2of the plantation whereon I live, it being the west side joining William Schillinks' and 1/4 of the mill.
Son Henry: The easternmost 1/2 joining Elijah Hughes.
Son Enos: 1/2 of my plantation at Dividing Creek, Salem County,it being the westernmost half joining Nicholas Crosen.
Son Daniel: the other 1/2 of my plantation at Dividing Creek, Salem County, it being the easternmost joining Charles Fox.
Daughters: Mary Stillwell, Lydia and Hannah Schillinks 1/2 of my moveable estate.
Executors: Wife Mary and son Cornelius
