1732, November 4 Page 450 Will of Jacob Spicer of Cape May County.
Son: Jacob to have all my lands within the province of West New Jersey or elsewhere, also 2/3 of personal estate; but if dies before 23, which will be the 10th of April or thereabouts 1739 without lawful issue, then my brother Thomas Spicer shall hold my land in the county of Gloucester, he to have ½ the benefit of the fishery on my plantation in Gloucester during life and same reverts to my son Jacob incase he survives him.
