Wife: ELizabeth during widowhood, use of house and 40 acres where I live and 1 acres of marsh near Fishing Creek except 2 apple trees which I have given to my 2 youngest sons, also a debt due me from Shamgar Hand.
Son: George the residue of my land,he to pay out of his own estate a bond due the West Jersey Society or their Agent, Lewis Morris, Esq., also he shall have all my land after my wife's marriage or death, and shall pay to each of his brothers, Benjamin and Jonathan ƒ20 when they arrive at 21.
