Feddersen - Looking for information/descendants - My grandmother was Matilda Fedddersen, Rockhampton, Australia. Her father was Bowford B. Feddersen born in Hostrup, Denmark and married to Louisa Stracey. Brodersen.Bowford's father was F.Feddersen (17 Dec 1816) Tonder and married to Christina Brodersen . F. Harmsen - My Grand Father was Oscar Fritz Juul Harmsen born 24 Dec 1880 in Nykobing, Denmark. His wife was Anna Krista Nicolaisen and she was born 25 Mar 1889 in Ringkobing, Denmark. Heinson - I am looking for information about the Danish family connections of my great grandfather, Heinrich Heinson, born 1854 Holstein (father Peter). Nicholsen(Nicholiasen?), Soren. Johanna was his wife and her maiden name was Headeger. Their children were: Johannnes(John) Nichlsen, Anna, Charles, and Katrina. Katrina married Oscar Harmsen. Nielsen - Niels Nielsen ship captain; wife: Constance/Kristence Marie Meyer; children: Christian Magnus Nielsen, Freijtof/Fred Nielsen carpenter, Olaf Nielsen, Henry Meyer Nielsen carpenter, Anna M. Nielsen.
They came to US in 1891 and traveled back & forth for several years. Fred died in Arlington, NJ. Olaf was the general manager for a ship repair works in Perth Amboy.
Henry & his family moved to Florida. Christian became a coal miner in Illinois. Anna worked as a millner for a store in New York and lived in New Jersey. Would love to hear from anyone who might be connected or know of them. tonianielsen@msn.com

Pedersen/Petersen – Marie. Descendants? Her brother took the name Potholm, in America. Their nickname in the family at home was Potholm, because of the place they came from, near Veile. Marie’s brother Christian sent for her. He immigrated to America about 1890. Christian and Marie were born in Ravning Mark, Bredsten Parish, Veile County. Marie Pedersen was born February 9, 1873. She came to her brother in Jersey City, N.J. She married a Christian Petersen (?), unluckily I am not sure of the husband’s family name. They moved to Hartford, Connecticut. They had 3 children, Florence, George, and Esther. Florence was married to a vicar, Sven (not quite sure about name and job) and had a daughter, Alice born February (3?), 1927. They moved to Detroit. Marie lived as a widow together with her daughter Esther (an unmarried schoolteacher) in Rocky Hill (or Wethersfield), CT.
Peterson, John H. - John H. Peterson of Paterson, Passaic County, New Jersey (died about 1877) married Jane Glasko (abt 1829-1880, born Antrim, Ireland). Jane is buried at Cedar Lawn, Paterson. Poulsen - Looking for Jørgen Peder Poulsen (born 1853) and his younger sister Ane Kirstine Poulsen (born 1855). They were both born in Lindved, the parish of Sindbjerg, Vejle Council. They left Denmark between 1885 and 1890. Their father was Poul Pedersen with the nickname "Potholm". First son was Anton b. 1869 in Copenhagen who married Sarah Puck in NY and had a son named Charles. Second son Frederik, b. Dec 1875 in Conn? married Henrietta which one daughter Carrie. Third son, George b. 1876 in Brooklyn. Married Mary Keenan of Staten Island and had 3 children: Edward b. 1907, Marion R. b. 1910 and George b. 1914.
