Membership Information:

Anyone interested in membership may submit an application and dues. The membership and fiscal year of
the DLVGC is from September 1 through August 31. Annual dues are determined at the May Annual Meeting
for the following fiscal year and are payable before September 1st. The dues structure is as follows:

• Individual Membership (with email): $20.00
• Individual Membership (without email): $25.00
• Family Membership (with email): $30.00
• Family Membership (without email): $35.00

Please Note: There is a $3.00 guest "donation" for non-members per meeting attendance.

Club Structure:

The Officers of the DLVGC include the President, Vice-President/President Elect, Secretary and Treasurer.
Members in good standing are eligible for these offices. The Vice-President/President Elect succeeds the President
in office. Officers are elected at the Annual meeting to one year terms which commence on the first day of the
following September.
Committees include:

• Executive Board and chairs of standing committees
  • President
  • Vice President
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
• Program and Publicity -- schedules speakers, topics, special events, trips, etc.
• Information Technology -- responsible for setting up and maintaining a club web site

Please note:

• Trips require a minimum of 3 (incl. driver), acknowledged by 3 days prior to trip or it will be cancelled.
• Comfortable maximum for car is 5 (incl. driver); 6 or more will require additional car(s) & driver(s).
• Departure location for NJ trips is Hillcrest Shopping Ctr; for PA trips its Palmer Park Mall, behind Carraba’s.
• Some locations require a fee as noted.
• All travelers share costs of gas, tolls, parking; shares may vary depending on number travelling; Lunch: on own
• All State and Federal facilities and many public libraries require a photo ID for entrance and most require a registration process; some allow pre-registration but still require proper ID
