Tribute Gift Cards
The Genealogical Society of Bergen County is
excited to share with you a special service that will benefit
the study and preservation of family history while honoring someone you
care for.
We offer a variety of commemorative Tribute
Gift Cards that are
attractively printed on parchment paper, and we will send these to your
friends and family for all
special occasions— birth announcements,
birthdays, anniversaries, graduation, congratulations, get-well
messages, sympathy and memorials or any other message you may wish to
send. The gift cards are tax-deductible.
We invite you to participate in this wonderful way
to honor,
memorialize or congratulate friends and family for all occasions by
using these warm and thoughtful new cards.
Sending a card - To
sponsor one or more Tribute Gift Cards, you make a
donation to the GSBC to honor your friend or family member. The GSBC
will then send a personal message using
these lovely cards to the recipient you designate. The inside of the
card names the person being honored, the
reason for the donation and the person making it. The amount of the
donation is not listed.
Donation -
Individual cards are available for a minimum contribution of $5.
You can also order blank cards to keep handy and fill them in yourself.
These may be purchased singly
or in packages of 5 cards for $20.
Placing
Your order - You can order your Tribute Gift
Cards by any of the following methods:
1.) Sending an e-mail message to the GSBC.

This will provide a quick means of having your tribute mailed at the
earliest possible time. You can then send your check by mail or
remit your check at a regular GSBC meeting; or,
2) Calling Geri Mola by phone at 201-797-2109, and providing the
information listed in the following form. This will also provide

3.) By mailing a
Tribute Gift Card
Donation Form along with your check to:

send your Tribute Gift Card Donation Form well ahead of the
date that you want your friend or family member to receive the
card. For each person you wish to honor, fill out a
separate Tribute Gift Card
Donation Form, available at meetings or print the following form.
