Attached is an edited photo/image of what we know as the VFW building on Park
Ave. This photo was taken when the building housed the Weehawken Town Hall
and Police Department.From comparing your photo/image with this image I've reached the conclusion
that the meeting in front of the building was a political event. If you look
closely you can see one man in what appears to be a policeman's uniform.Bernie Z.
