The Morris Area Genealogy Society (MAGS) is not able to do research for non-members at this time.  However, MAGS' members are entitled to one hour of research at no charge.  This research is limited to items in the Morristown and Morris Township Library collection.  The library's catalog is on-line and can be searched to see what resources, such as family histories, are in its collection.  

Suggestions for searching the Catalog:

From the Library's Home Page, scroll down on left hand side to Local History and Genealogy to read about the collection.

From the Library's Home Page, click on Access Online Catalog.  Choose MorrisTwp/Morristown.  Possible keywords might include Family Name, County Name, Town.  Click on Subject Search.

Non-members may submit the surnames that they are researching; our secretary will announce the names at three consecutive MAGS' meetings.  If anyone in attendance can help you, he or she will contact you.
