Pvt. Nathaniel Hatch

He served under Col. Ephrim Doolittle and Capt. Abel Welder. In the account of Soldiers and Sailors in the War of the Revolution: "Hatch, Nathaniel, Wethersfield, Conn. Capt. Able Wilder's
company; Col. Ephraim Doolittle's reg.; receipt for advance pay dated Charleston, June 26, 1777. Enlisted May 10, 1775. Company return dated Oct. 6, 1775." Nathaniel did die that summer of
1776 of small pox.
