I'm excited to be a new member of the Conklin mailing list. My husband is a
Conklin. We have been searching in vain for any information on his parents
(both deceased). If anyone out there has come across these names please
contact us. RALPH HOBSON CONKLIN Born in 1889 in Silverton, Colorado. Died
3/19/1979 in California. Married to HATTIE MARIE ZUEGE CONKLIN for about 60
years at the time of his death. She was born in Haigler, Nebraska we believe
and possibly was raised in St. Francis, Kansas. She died in California also
on 9/3/84. Both are burried in the Rose Hills Memorial Park at Whittier,
California. We believe they were married in Gunnison, Colorado around 1919.
Ralph Conklin served in the US Army in WWI and in the U.S. Navy in WW2. At
the time of his death he was said to have one living sister, Alberta Auege of
Haigler, Nebraska. Please contact us if you have any pertinent information at
