Lawrence, Jefferson, Lewis and Oneida Counties. If I can help anyone
who is having a problem with their genealogy, I will certainly TRY. I
will enter my surnames one at a time as I have many. The first I will
enter is my names sake DAFOE. My family came over to America with the
Palatines in 1710, settled in the Hudson valley, then Vermont, were
Loyalist during the Revolution, were deported to Canada (Aultsville)
and re entered the US in 1882, and settled in and around Canton, New
York, St Lawrence County. If this is familiar to anyone, please E Mail
