I am researching the PARO or PARROW family of Northern New York
(Canton). Francis Paro (1789-after 1860) born in Quebec Canada, had the
following family. Rymie (my gr grandfather) (1826-1912) married Clystie
Denno (1836 -about 1881)Julius Paro, (1820-1863) Eliza (1838-1901) married
Charles Dewey, and Francis (1844-1930) married Margaret Toomey, and Frances
(1843-1923) married Wm Laddison . Rymie had several wivies, Jane Gebo,
Augusta Denno and Clystie Denno. Rymie and Clystie had a daughter, Nettie
(Minnie) Paro (1871-1953) who married Victor Dafoe (1860-1928) my
grandparents. If anyone has any information on of the names mentioned
here, please contact me.
