I have extensive info on Kitts family from Peter forward, but have never
been able to trace Peter prior to his marriage to Elizabeth. Extensive
search of early Va records has yielded nothing earlier. Have been unable
to locate Peter in PA records, though several Kitts families were in and
around Philadelphia in colonial times. I am also aware that there were
several Kitts families in NY in the early colonial period, but have not
been able to establish links. Info and suggestions appreciated.
