George W Doughty married Cordelia Ward October 27,1850. They were living in
the Town of Clinton, Dutchess County until Cordelia's death in 1863.
Cordelia is buried in the Netherwood Baptist Church Cemetery which is about
1 mile from Clinton Corners, Dutchess County. Their childrens names were
George R. ,Ida J., John H., and Julia C Doughty. George W. remarried (wife's
name unknown) and they were last known to be living in the Rhinebeck area of
Dutchess County.
George R. was born 1859; Ida J. was born 1855; John H. was born 1853 and
Julia C. was born 1863.
Any information on the descendents of the Doughty children or their parents
will be greatly appreciated.
