and Oklahoma 1880-present.
VEDDER -- Netherlands before 1650, New York 1650-present, but all
instances of the name are sought.
BILLE -- New York, 1800-present.
FURNISS -- Ireland & England & South Africa, all instances, and all
United States after 1860, Newfoundland after 1865.
SECO -- Spain, all instances, United States after 1862.
OGDEN -- New York 1600-present.
NORTON -- Troy, New York area 1840-1900.
STEWART -- Georgia 1800-1850; Alabama, 1850-1860; Louisiana
1860-present.
STRAIN -- North Carolina 1600-1820; Southern states 1800-present;
Louisiana and Texas 1820-present.
STAHL -- Pennsylvania 1600-present; Indiana, 1800-present.
