Late in 1849, John RELPH, a blacksmith, and his wife Jane SCOTT left Cumberland,
England, with their two eldest children, John, Jr. and Ellen.

By the 1850 census, they had settled in Syracuse, Onondaga Co., and by 1870,
they were in Fayetteville with the rest of their children: Richard F. b. 1851,
Robert H. b. 1853, Daniel S. b. 1855, William O. b. 1858, Jane A. b. 1860,
Frederick T. b. 1866, and Joseph S. b. 1870.

Does anyone have information on the descendants of this family? I have a
tremendous amount of information on the ancestors of these folks that I would be
delighted to share.

Best regards,

Susan Harnwell
