My great grandfather Norman PHELPS was born in 1788 in Fort Ann, NY. He was
married 3 times. His 2nd wife was (I think) Hannah CHALI; 3rd was Minerva
PLUM. Does anyone have any idea who his 1st wife was and have any info on
his other two?
Norman was a farmer and lived in Washington or Warren County all his life.
He lived to be 83 years old and he and his wife Minerva are buried in the
Seeley Cemetery in the Town of Queensbury, NY.
