Would you tell me:
( 1) How long you have been researching on the net?
(2) Are you satisfied with your progress?
(3) What are your complaints?
(4) What changes would you like to see?
(5) Are you getting a fair return for the hours you put in?
and anything else you would like to express, likes or dislikes.
