This is a splendid idea. I hope someone has the time and talent to run
with it. I found a list like this for Ontario, Canada on someone's web
page out in BC or AB. It's a zipped file with municipal offices,
libraries, local history groups, etc. It unzips to a .txt file so you can
do a DOS search to extract only the records containing what you are
looking for, ie. a county, town, etc.
A very helpful reference, especially for a long distance researcher.
