Albany Co., NY He studied medicine with Dr. James Wade, and attended medi=

lectures in the city of Albany. Dr. Mulford practiced medicine in the sta=

York for many years. He came to Walworth Co. in 1845, and settled on Sec.=

the county. Dr. Mulford was a successful physician, and engaged in the pr=
actice of=20
his profession until near the close of his life. Dr. Mulford served in th=
e Second=20
Wisconsin Constitutional Convention. The Second Convention assembled at=20
Madison, Wisconsin on the 15th of December 1847, and framed a constitutio=

which was submitted to a vote of the people and adopted.
