Through a conversation with a nun at Nazareth College in
Rochester, I found out that the LDS has the diocesan records
on microfilm. The film call numbers are 1432396 through 98.

In case anyone is interested, the Auburn NY ones are mostly
on 143296, except for St. Mary's (on of the first of the
Catholic churches in Auburn) which is on 98.
