Would any of you rooters who might also be interested in the early days of
the theater
have any knowledge of the following:
Ada Fuller GOLDEN. She was an actress on the legitimate stage,
married a man
named Samuel DeGrasse who was an actor in the movies, first on the east
coast and later
in Hollywood. I believe she also wrote and may have directed in the pictures.
Ida May PARK. She was, along with her husband Joseph DeGrasse, in
the legi-
timate theater, Shakespearan (sp.). Her husband, brother of the above
DeGrasse, be-
came a movie director eventually ending up in Hollywood where his wife, Ida
May, also
ended up directing at Universal Studios.
