GEN-NYS-L: Town records in Columbia Co.

Once again I need to research ancestors in Columbia County. I have a
lead on one of my current problems, who Sarah Winchell's parents were.
I've been told that no one has ever found out who Isaac Beeman's wife
was and I think that's because they were looking in Connecticut and
not in Columbia County. He lived in the Town of Chatham for over 40
years, according to an affidavit by David Ray.

Does anyone know what exists for marriage records for Columbia County?
How far back do the town records generally go? I would like to consult
them for Ancram, Hillsdale, Chatham, and Copake that I know of.
