Jody,
If you just want to borrow the book, try Interlibrary loan at your
local public library. I've gotten regimental histories published
in 1866 and 1900 that way.

If you want to purchase it, let me know and I'll look up the address
of a dealer I've used, but expect to pay several hundred dollars
(unless it's been reprinted.)
